These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and digital products operated by Nezu Prime LLC, a Montana limited liability company ("Nezu Prime", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. By using our products, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account use.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@nezuprime.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-time digital product purchases grant you a non-exclusive license to use the product as described on its product page. All prices are stated at the point of purchase.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of first purchase. Full details, including how refunds apply to subscriptions and one-time products, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, Nezu Prime grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly repackage our products without our prior written permission.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse them. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
All content, software, branding, and design elements of Nezu Prime products are owned by Nezu Prime LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain ownership of any content you create or store using our products. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the service to you.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nezu Prime LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use our services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
