We want you to be confident in your purchase. Nezu Prime offers a 7-day refund window on all products, no questions asked. If our product isn't right for you, we'll refund it.
Email support@nezuprime.com within 7 days of your purchase and include:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account.
For monthly subscription plans, the 7-day refund applies to your first billing cycle. After the first 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Single-purchase digital products — templates, packs, and bundles — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales of one-time digital products are final.
We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests from the same customer across multiple purchases, accounts engaged in chargeback fraud, or accounts that have violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting support may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
